To create your profile, download the app and go to the Register a Pet Account button. Enter your email address, create your password, and fill out all your dog's details: name, age, breed, bio, and a photo. This will allow other users to get to know your dog!
Once you've downloaded the Dogguz app and created your account, go to the Services section and choose one of the available options: Home Boarding, In-Home Sitting, or Dog Walking.
The app will show service providers near your area. You’ll be able to view their reviews, prices, and availability.
To make a reservation:
Select a provider.
Enter your dog's details (weight, friendliness, etc.).
Confirm the request.
After that, wait for the provider to accept the reservation. Once accepted, the payment process will be enabled. Your payment is secure and won’t be released until the provider completes the service.
A private chat will be opened for communication. The provider must:
Perform a Check-in with a photo of your dog at the beginning.
Perform a Check-out with another photo when the service ends.
The Veterinarian Module is available exclusively to premium users.
To access it:
Go to the Health section in the Dogguz app.
Select “Connect with Veterinarian”.
Enter your veterinarian’s email address and send them a secure code.
The veterinarian must visit www.dogguz.com and enter the code in the top-right input box on the website. This grants access to a secure module displaying your dog's medical profile.
To continue, the veterinarian must:
Provide their full name, license number, and accept a digital authorization agreement confirming they are a certified professional.
Once authorized, the veterinarian can:
Add or update vaccination records, including application and expiration dates.
Add entries to your dog’s medical history.
Generate and upload medical reports for you to download.
Issue a digital dog passport with their verified digital signature.
This system ensures secure collaboration between dog owners and licensed veterinarians, providing a trusted medical profile for each dog on the platform.
The Marketplace is accessible from two places:
Via the Services section.
From the top-left icon on the Feed screen (🛍️).
Users can:
Create and publish products for sale.
Create a virtual store to showcase their products.
Contact sellers directly via WhatsApp to negotiate or finalize purchases.
Important: All transactions are peer-to-peer (between users), and Dogguz is not responsible for any sale agreements.
Created stores will also appear on the Events map, allowing any user to:
See their store location.
Visit the store’s virtual page to view available products.
The Marketplace is a flexible and community-driven feature designed to connect dog lovers through buying, selling, and discovery.
The Events module features an interactive map where you can explore:

You can also join or create your own local community using your ZIP code to interact with neighbors, post photos, comments, and connect with fellow animal lovers.

Important: Both adoption and lost dog listings have a web view at www.dogguz.com so that even people without the app can access the information and notify the owner if a dog has been adopted or found.

🧾 Manual Mode (Predefined Code)
The user can enter the unique code on the back of the physical tag.
The system automatically checks if the code:
Is valid and available for pairing.
Is already paired to another dog.
Is an unauthorized code (outside the authorized list).
💳 Automatic Mode (Generation by payment)
The user can generate a unique, random QR code by making a secure payment of $4.99 from the app.
Once the payment is approved:
The tag configuration form is enabled.
A unique 6-character identifier is automatically assigned.
A QR code is generated. The user must take a screenshot of the QR code to create a personalized physical tag design.
Recommended for new users or those who want to obtain a complete digital tag directly from the app.
